White Rock is a small village located south of Vancouver. It’s around 50km and the highway to go there has the same quality of all other Canadian highways where I have been fortunate to drive: excellent!
White Rock has a beach that is a paradise for small children as they can run and play on the flat terrain!
There’s a pier where you will be able to spot some people fishing crabs. This is recreative fishing, after they get it they place them in the water again! I saw many people doing this, I don’t know if everyone acts in this same way!
We had lunch at Shinjuku, Japanese Restaurant located by the beach. Very simple with good and fresh food!
Dessert was a delicious ice cream at Dolce Gelato, a nearby store! The ice cream was very creamy, really delicious!
We plan to return to White Rock during summer and we will try other restaurants as well!
There are trains going along the beach and this brings an additional charm for this already charming place!
